Hinuera Natural Stone as a form of Ignimbrite, an igneous class of volcanic rock.
As a natural material, the inherent range of colour and texture within any one sample is broad. Hinuera Natural Stone can vary from plain stone to having many natural markings throughout. Kiln firing, changes the colour of the stone into terracotta tones and highlights markings within the stone. Kiln firing may also create micro-cracks, however these do not affect the performance of the stone when laid or affect its suitability.
