The Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are Council's front line contact for our communities. They deal with payments, take applications for various Council services and handle general enquiries received in person or by phone. Our CSOs solve more than 80% of enquiries themselves, referring the remainder to other council staff when required.
Our CSOs are here to provide helpful advice to residents and businesses, so if you have any questions regarding Council please come and see us, give us a ring on 07 885 0340, or email us here.
