Council’s Council and Committee meetings held in the Council Chamber in Tokoroa are now prepared through a meeting software platform called Resolve and live streamed. From 30 August 2023, the agenda and meetings can be accessed and watched live at the link below.

If you have any trouble accessing the link above, please call our main office on 07 885 0340 and ask to speak to our Information Management Team Leader Gaurav Sharma. | As per South Waikato District Council’s Standing Orders, a period of up to 30 minutes has been set aside for a public forum. Each speaker during the public forum section of this meeting may speak for up to five minutes or longer at the discretion of the Mayor. As many speakers as possible will be heard within the allocated time.
Requests to speak at the Public Forum must be made to the Chief Executive (or their delegate) at least one clear day before the meeting; however, this requirement may be waived by the Chairperson. Requests should also outline the matters that will be addressed by the speaker. Speakers and their topic will be included on a Public Forum speaking list.
