This sculpture is about inspiring reflection, thought and creative thinking, about the past present and the future of the South Waikato.
This sculpture depicts the past growth both societal and economic, of our districts four towns Arapuni, Tīrau, Putāruru, and Tokoroa.
While also depicting both today's achievements and influences it leaves room for the most important and universal of all ideas/questions for discussion.
What will our district look like (through the frame) in the future, five, ten, twenty years from now? If you look closely you will be able to see lots of images of the South Waikato cut out in the frame.
