Mobile Food Stall Operators
All mobile food stalls must be registered to sell food and hold a registration certificate.
Approval for proposed trading locations must also be secured – please contact the Environmental Health department to discuss. Click here to view the Application for Proposed Mobile Trading Location.
Mobile food stalls that are registered within another District must contact an Environmental Health Officer prior to trading. A copy of the registration certificate will need to be supplied to the Environmental Health department to seek confirmation to trade (fees may be applicable).
