Food Complaints

If you think you have a foodborne illness as a result of food you have purchased and eaten, report it directly to a Health Protection Officer at Waikato District Health Board. If you still have the food in question, please place it into a sealed container and store it in the fridge and advise the health protection officer that you have the food.

If you have any concerns or complaints about a food premises relating to unclean or unhygienic premises/standards, please contact the Environmental Health team at Council on 07 885 0340.
