Function Rooms

We have two function rooms that can be booked separately or opened up to create one large function room that can accommodate up to 300 people, depending on the setup.

Lions Room

The Lions Room is the smaller of the two rooms and is perfect for small meetings, presentations or as a breakout room. With an over head projector, sound system and heating, you will feel comfortable no matter how you use it.

Cabaret - 60 persons
Theatre - 91 persons
Maximum - 110 persons
Floor Area - 85m2

Rotary Room

The Rotary Room is almost twice as big as the Lions Room. Perfect for any private or public functions with access to an over head projector, sound system and kitchenette.

Cabaret - 110 persons
Theatre - 238 persons
Maximum - 245 persons
Floor Area - 189m2

Arena

Not only is the arena a great facility catering many different sports, it can also be transformed into a large function area using carpet tiles.

Capacity

Cabaret - 860 persons
Theatre - 1,920 persons
Maximum - 1,050 persons
Floor Area - 1,500m2

Please note that the above capacities are guidelines only, with adequate plans in place we are able to increase maximum capacities. Please contact the Centre Manager for more information.

With onsite parking for 122, the centre has the capacity to accommodate a variety of function and events – with friendly staff that are willing to go the extra mile.

We can tailor a package to suit your individual needs for multiple rooms/courts, days or activities. We will work with you to provide examples of possible setups of the venue and do I best to tailor the setup to meet your requirements. Chairs and tables are available and are included in the hireage fees however if your event exceeds the number available additional charges will apply. An additional staff charge of $26 per hour may apply to bookings after 10pm.
