PUBLIC NOTICE - Rating Information Database

The Rating Information Database of the South Waikato District Council is available for inspection (without fee) at the South Waikato District Council, Torphin Crescent, Tokoroa, during ordinary office hours.

The Rating Information Database contains information required by Council to set and assess rates on each rating unit within the South Waikato District. Details include the rating valuation, services available or connected to the rating unit, the legal description, and the area of the rating unit.

Please note that, pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002, the names of owners and ratepayers are not included in the Rating Information Database.
