PUBLIC NOTICE - PROPOSED LONG TERM PLAN 2021-31 AMENDMENT

Council is pleased to invite the community to make a submission on its Proposed Long Term Plan 2021-31 Amendment.
The Consultation Document, and all other supporting material, is available for public consultation from the Council offices in Putāruru and Tokoroa, all libraries, The Dog i-SITE and on our website at the link above.
Consultation is open and closes at 4pm on Friday 18 November 2021.
We are holding two public meetings, which you are welcome to attend.
- TOKOROA - South Waikato Sport and Events Centre, Tuesday 25 October, 5pm to 7pm
- PUTĀRURU - Putāruru Plaza, Thursday 27 October, 5pm to 7pm

Please remember to include the following in your submission: name, address, telephone number, email address (if applicable) and whether or not you wish to be heard.
Formal submissions will be acknowledged by email or letter. Should you wish to be heard, please tick the appropriate box in the submission form, and a date and time will be allocated to you. This will be communicated with you in due course. Public hearings and Council deliberations are scheduled for early December.
