Closure of Logan St and Campbell St in Tokoroa

After the removal of the Bridge Street trees back in January due safety concerns. Council and contractors have now finalised details on the removal of ageing trees on Logan and Campbell Streets in Tokoroa.

The removal will see both Logan Street and Campbell Street temporarily closed for general public access from Monday 29 August to Saturday 10 September between the hours of 6am-6pm. These dates are dependent on weather conditions.

Detours and traffic management will be put in place and the roads will be manned at intersections by traffic controllers with radio communication. Access will be provided in the event of an emergency.
