GENERAL REVALUATION

The Valuation Rolls for the South Waikato District have been revised by Council's valuation service provider and certified by the Office of the Valuer-General.

The revised values are as at 1 July 2024, and are available for inspection, free of charge, during ordinary office hour at South Waikato District Council, Council Administration Building, Torphin Crescent, TOKOROA. As required by legislation the rolls do not contain the names or addresses of owners or ratepayers. All owners and or ratepayers will be sent notices of the revised values.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rating Valuations Act 1998 and the Rating Valuations Regulations 1998, any objection(s) to the revised valuation(s) must be lodged by end of business Friday, 6 June 2025.
